For this price this restaurant is a joke. The staff told us immediately that the food is going to take long if you don’t take the course. And it did. How long does it take to warm up a sausage? And the restaurant was almost empty.

Food is ok, nothing extraordinary at all. Very heavy, almost German. Wines are nice and very expensive but apart from this there is almost no choice for drinks. Not even Campari.

Staff was also not particularly attentive. And the water was just tap water- seriously?

Don’t go there - typical overpriced Kagurazaka wanna-be fancy...

アラカルトもありますが基本的にはお店にお任せでコース料理を提供していただけます。 それぞれの料理に合うワインを詳細な説明と共にサーブ。なぜこの料理に合うのか、ワインの産地、ぶどうの品種、生産者の情報が入ってきていざ実食！となるとご説明通り合う！美味しい！となります。 ほとんどのスタッフがソムリエの資格取得者でプロフェッショナルなお店です。 なお、料理長もソムリエの資格を持っているとか。料理の腕がありソムリエって無敵ではないかと、、 金額は10,000円/人ほどで神楽坂の立地や質を考慮すると安いと感じました。 コースはワイン多め、少なめを選択でき少なめだと8,000円/人ほどになります。 結果大満足です。またお伺いしたいと思えるお店でした。

제대로 된 소믈리에가 있는 좋은 와인바. 와인에 빠져있어 여기저기 가서 마셔보곤 하는데 여기는 가격도 그렇고 서비스도 너무 좋다. 와인이야 본인의 취향이 있어서 내가 마셨던 와인을 추천하기는 조심스럽지만, 아마 여기의 소믈리에분은 가게 안에서 당신의 취향에 가장 맞는 와인을 찾아줄 것이다. 나는 5가지 와인 5000엔 코스(1/3양으로 3500엔도 있는데 간에 기별도 안간다) 로 주문했는데, 단순 가격으로 생각하면 비싼가? 싶지만 마시다보면 오히려 매우 이득이라는 생각이 든다. 그날 코스가 잘 없는 최상의 컨디션이라는 소리 듣고 바로 주문함. 스파클링-화이트-오렌지-레드-디저트 순으로 마셨는데 듣기로는 디저트와인이 가격이 꽤 나갔던듯. 소믈리에분의 설명을 듣고 와인을 마시면 정말로 설명해주신 이미지대로의 맛이 나는게 신기하다. 인상적이었던건 화이트와 레드. 화이트는 리치, 복숭아, 미네랄이 부드럽게 느껴져 좋았고, 레드는 캬라멜향이 진하게 느껴지면서도 굉장히 마시기 쉬웠다. 물론 나머지 와인들도 굉장히 좋았음. 와인은 갈 때 구입할 수도 있는데, 합리적인 가격이라 테이스팅 코스에서 마셨던것 중에 마음에 드는게 있다면 부탁해도 좋을듯. 요즘은 테이크아웃으로 작은 병에 담아 요리와 함께 판매하기도 한다. 와인은 입맛에 안맞는다는 사람에게는 신세계를 보여줄 것이고, 와인을 잘 알고 좋아하는 사람에게는 꼭 다시 오고싶을 정도로...
