Cozy ramen shop tucked around the corner from the main street.

Wandered in on a Wednesday about 7:00 pm. Was immediately welcomed by staff.

Ordered a bowl of ramen with a soft-boiled egg (¥800) and a side of gyoza (¥300). The soup was flavorful and well balanced. The noodles were a good texture with a nice bite to them. The egg was cooked with a perfectly gooey center, and the generously cut 1/2" thick slice of chashu was tasty and tender. The gyoza was golden and crispy on the bottom, while the rest of the skin was smooth and delicate.

Clean, comfortable and well lit. 6 counter seats and 6 table seats. Music playing in the background from the 50s and 60s. (Think: The Beach Boys, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Moonglows.)

I really liked the fact that I didn't leave smelling like my food. And the staff was so attentive and efficient that when I emptied my water jug into my glass, a new jug was brought over straight away without my asking.

Tip: Bring cash for the meal ticket...

Ramen isn’t great, service wasn’t good and there is a person that comes up to you questioning what condiments you are using on your ramen. He won’t let you eat in peace…“They cost money” he says…. My suggestion, avoid it, you’ll have a better experience elsewhere. Or bring condiments and gift them to the poor man so he’s not crying about it and most importantly-Lets you eat your below average...

【追記】 お店からの返信wwwwマジウケるんだけどみんな見てwwww 3年前だよ？嘘が小学生レベルだよ店主さん。 それかしょっちゅうお客さんとケンカしている中でも覚えてくれてありがとう？いや、気持ち悪いわ。

今日通り過ぎて、そういえば昔ここで食べてすんごく不愉快な経験をしたなーと思い出す。 当時食べログさんに口コミを残したが、見返すと非公開になっていた。やはり食べログさん信用できないですねー。3年経っても思い出すだけで吐き気がするほど、オーナーさんの態度が最悪でした。皆さん絶対気をつけてください。

大して美味しくないのに、遅い、変なルールがある。

タブレットをいじりながら食べていたら、「となりのお客さんが気になるから」が理由で、タブレットはやるなと店長から注意される。 どうやらコロナ対策のアクリル板に、タブレットの光が反射してとなりの席が眩しいよう。 （そもそも反射は自分側に来ると思うが） 次に着席するお隣さんにそれは眩しいかを確認。特に気にならないとのこと。すると店長が厨房から飛び出して「これは私の店！」と大声。

はいはいお偉いさんだねー！ ケンカする気も一瞬でなくなったわ。

お客さんが気になるよりは、店長さんが気になるということでしょうか。

だとしたら客に責任を転嫁せず、もう少しマシな理由のほうが嬉しいかもなー。 回転が気になるなら、店内オペレーター改善なり、席時間制限なり、いろいろ手段があるのに。

タブレット使えないこと、店の入り口に貼ったほうがいいと思う。

味は至ってふつー。私にはしょっぱかったから正直5点満点なら2.5ぐらいのレベル。 ＋30円で辛さ増しだけど、30円で1味ひとつまみは正直どうかと思った。全然辛くなく結局席に置いてあった1味を足したけど。
