ハンバーグやステーキを、熱々の鉄板の上で美味しくいただけるレストランです。店内はアンティークに囲まれたような印象を受けますが、決して堅苦しい雰囲気は無く、スタッフの接客も元気がよくハキハキとして、明朗に受け答えしてくれます（だからと言って決して馴れ馴れしい接客対応ではありません）。 給仕されたハンバーグやステーキは、自分で切り分けることも出来ますが、基本的にはスタッフが給仕直後に切り分けてくれます。熱々の鉄板に載せた状態で給仕されるため、油がよく飛びますが、手持ちのナプキンで油が飛び散るのを防いだり、またその方法を教えてくれます。 ハンバーグには、恐らくつなぎは全く、もしくはほとんど使われていません。ハンバーグの柔らかさは絶妙で、口に入れた際も程よく肉がほどけていきます。（使われた材料にも依りますが）つなぎならではの粘り気は全くと言っていいほど無く、またソースもよく絡み、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ます。 いずれも非常に質の高い料理が楽しめるレストランではあるのですが、残念なことに地下にあり、且つ昇降は階段のみとなります。常駐するスタッフの数も多くはありませんので、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方にはあまりお勧めできないかもしれません。

The staff does not speak English, was cute rude, you can not pay with Card, the food was really good, the beef and the fries were amazing... The burger sauce is unique...

We ate here two years ago when we were staying nearby. The memory of the delicious sizzling hamburger steak sent us on a mission to find the place whose name we didn’t remember.
