bnb+ Kanda(Ogawa machi) — Hotel in Tokyo

This is a fairly good location as you have a few subway stops within 15mins’ walk. The bed wasn’t uncomfortable though weirdly designed at an angle so the curtain leaves some gaps from below (in the top bunk). |||It’s very small - the smallest hostel I’ve been to yet in my 3 months of Japan. Barely enough space to open 1 suitcase so it was very snug. There is an elevator up but a couple of stairs within the property.||The biggest downside though is there’s no place to eat except an outdoor terrace. I’m sure this is lovely in the summer but as it’s been raining this does mean that there’s nowhere to eat your breakfast which is unusual - never been to a hostel which didn’t have a common space. There is a fridge and a microwave. Wouldn’t come back - this is a place just to sleep and not socialise/meet...

Well I was there at Mid-May’25

So in 6beds room , there were only 2 more other people. So it wasn’t crowded. You have all your space as capsule. Outside extremely narrow, imagine 6 people live there omg it must be difficult to move at the same time.

I did my trip in a good time , so it was calm not over crowded . Also I made a Japanese friend. And we had dinner nearby. But language barrier :/:/ unfortunately.

Another thing I realise they rent towels so be aware and bring yours.

Good thing they have slippers, hair dryer. And teras , view is high buildings :)

I didn’t take any picture, women and men rooms are separate. And they have small space next to the window to put your luggage on.

Another thing I wasn’t able to open the window, good thing they have AC.

Very nice ongoing experience. The staff is really attentive, kind, open, attentive. Nino is a very helpful professional, he helped me find a Data sim card, helped me install it and guides me for everything I need. I recommend it for those who don't want to bother with the hassle of a hotel and just want to enjoy their stay. Really not far from all the tourist attractions, numerous metro lines just a stone's throw away, open, free, lively neighborhood. I will definitely come...
