I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mazilu Lanzhu Restaurant in Tokyo with a group of friends during our trip to Japan. As Muslims, finding halal options can sometimes be challenging, but we were delighted to discover this gem that offered an extensive menu of halal-certified dishes. Our experience at Mazilu Lanzhu Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to fellow Muslims visiting Tokyo. Upon entering the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who were knowledgeable about halal requirements and provided us with a dedicated halal menu. The restaurant itself had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a comfortable dining experience. We decided to try their highly recommended dishes, ordering two servings of their spice beef ramen and two servings of chicken ramen. The moment our bowls arrived, we could tell that the food was prepared with utmost care and attention to detail. The aroma alone was enough to make our mouths water. The spice beef ramen was an absolute delight. The noodles were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of chewiness. The beef was tender, flavorful, and infused with aromatic spices that truly tantalized our taste buds. The broth was rich and savory, striking a perfect balance of spices and heat. It was evident that the chefs had taken great care to create a harmonious blend of flavors. The chicken ramen was equally delicious. The chicken was succulent and had been marinated to perfection. The noodles were cooked to the same impeccable standard as the beef ramen, and the broth had a delightful depth of flavor. It was a satisfying and comforting dish that left us craving for more. Apart from the outstanding food, the portion sizes were generous, ensuring that we left the restaurant fully satiated. The pricing was reasonable considering the quality and authenticity of the dishes we enjoyed. Additionally, the service at Mazilu Lanzhu Restaurant was commendable. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable. They answered our questions about the ingredients and preparation methods, further reassuring us of the restaurant's commitment to halal dining. In conclusion, Mazilu Lanzhu Restaurant in Tokyo is a true haven for Muslims seeking authentic and halal Chinese cuisine. The spice beef ramen and chicken ramen we savored were undeniably the best meals we had during our Japan trip. The combination of flavors, quality of ingredients, and the restaurant's commitment to halal dining make it a must-visit for halal-conscious travelers. I can't wait to return to Mazilu Lanzhu Restaurant on my next visit to Tokyo. Note: It's important to mention that the review assumes the restaurant is indeed halal-certified and caters to Muslim dietary requirements. It's always advisable for individuals to do their own research and verify the halal certification of any establishment they choose to dine at.

Their ordering system is quick and efficient: you order and pay at the register as soon as you enter the restaurant, get seated and just wait for a couple of minutes. They only offer one main choice: beef broth, beef slices, daikon, corriander, green onion and chili oil. You can, however, customize the noodle size and shape, since they make everything fresh. You can also add side dishes, like beef gyoza or tea eggs. I strongly recommend a thin and flat noodle shape. We tried both that and the thicker ones, and the former was much better. The main dish is great: tasty broth and lots of spice. The beef slices are somewhat dry. Use the bib they provide, it's really hard not to get your clothes stained. The gyoza are awesome and combine well both with their respective sauce as well as the noodle broth. The egg has a nice, delicate flavour and runny yolk. All in all, completely worth it for the price.

Very nice Taiwanese beef noodle restaurant. There is no menu and what you do is to choose one type of noodle (thin, flat, thick, etc.) and toppings, pay in advance, sit and wait for your noodle. There is an apron on the table for you to wear, which is recommended, as the soup may splash on your clothes when eating. The soup is thinner than I thought but really nice and tasty. The hot oil isn’t spicier than you think so better to go with it (without it, the soup is much thinner.) Enough volume for an adult male. The only negative point is that flat noodles are stocked and tangled each other and it makes really difficult to eat unlike Japanese ramen noodles. Overall, it is a nice restaurant with delicious noodles and it’s staffs and services are also wonderful. I will come again.

My friend recommended and brought me to this Halal Noodle. Since lots of locals coming here, it’s certainly it’s deliciousness is verified ✨ The store is walkable from Jimbocho station, you can either take A5/A6 exit. Start to order in cashier, by choosing the noodle type, and if you don’t wanna the coriander you can request (as for me I don’t want the coriander), and last you can ask the spiciness level (mine is the normal spiciness). Pay right after then go to available table. They give apron and ocha (this one really good). It won’t take that long and they serve your noodle. It was a new taste for me and I really like it (a lot!!!) the soup was good and the beef so tender and smell so good. A perfect harmony 👌🏻 Definitely gonna comeback!

The restaurant is located near the sports goods shopping area of Ochanomizu and the book central Jimbocho so it's a good place to stop for lunch on a cold day. What's unusual is that there's only one type of broth. You can customise it by changing the shape of the noodles that come in it! The broth is spicy, generously topped with beef, daikon radish and coriander leaves. The noodles come in various shapes, from thin, round and soft, through flat and wide to triangular and hard. I was surprised how much the noodles actually changed the overall taste of the dish. Order at the entrance (English menu available) and wait to be seated. The delicious Jasmin tea is complimentary.

Another Halal Find in Tokyo area, in Jimbocho. Ramen Chinese Shichuan Style, i think. Huge bowl of ramen i must say with a cheap price consider the big portion and they taste amazing. 880 yen. Thinly slice beef, lots of cilantro, slice of daikon/radish to add the good texture on it. They have a light flavor but it is so deliciously flavorful. I think it’s a popular ramen, there’s quite long queue by the time i got there. Staff is giving an excellent service. It’s a gem for people who is looking an affordable halal food di Tokyo. Very recommended! Me love it so much .
