American Diner Andra — Restaurant in Tokyo

We visited for the first time but were very disappointed by the way they treated us. We have tattoos so not sure if that was the reason for the discrimination. We waited in line for over an hour for a party of 2 and when it was our turn, they called 2 parties of 1 and let them in first so we had to keep waiting. Then we saw a couple of parties leaving the restaurant one after another but they did not let us in for another 15 minutes. Then, they let 4 parties of 2 in all at once (us and 3 more after). We were in line for a long time and they had seats in the back available but didn't want to let us in first. The older gentleman then started taking orders from other people before coming to us. We placed an order of the touch down burger before the table right next to us but they ended up having food first and when they finished half of their burgers, ours finally came. But again, they forgot our fries. When we were eating, there was one table that became available and they immediately cleaned it and seated another party, which confirmed their discrimination towards us in the beginning. The food was good but nothing outstanding. The unfair service was just odd and ruined the whole thing. Even when checking out, the attitude of the employees just made me sick. I've been to Japan a few times and this has been the worst experience so far....

Def ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, at least on the 🍔 end of things.. 😋

🔸 If you get the Double Double Animal Style make sure you like Dijon mustard because the animal sauce seems to have it (wasn't expecting it). 🔸The touchdown burger was great but the FRIES 🍟 OMG! I've honestly never had thin fries like these, they were the soft but not soggy. Like they were perfectly cooked while remaining soft and tasting delicious! They weren't really greasy either. 🔸The 🍞, that was another WOW moment. It's incredibly soft, like super duper soft. If you're into soft bread then BOOM! 🤯 🔸If you love 🧀 then get the touchdown, it's their own special 🍔 🔸If you're more of a classic 🍔 guy then go with a regular one which has tomato, lettuce, etc unlike the touchdown. 🔸The craft cola 🥤 was also really good 🔸Oh and don't think this is just a burger joint, they have all types of other sandwiches, steaks, burritos and more!

Overrated burgers —————————————————————

We came to this restaurant because my friend was recommended this place by another friend, in addition to 2 Instagram reels.

We ordered the signature burger with cheese. It was a complete disappointment.

I have never been to the USA, but I know how good cheese tastes. France has the most delicious and diverse cheeses in the world. Yet, the cheese on the burger was not even real cheese.

It was a mixture of flour, chicken bouillon cubes, and heavy cream. The steak was too savory, to the point where we drank water all night and throughout dinner.

Not only were the steak and the cheese not good, but if you subtract these two, there was nothing left except the bun. There were no vegetables at all, so the burger only consisted of three ingredients.
