NAMASTY UENO KITCHEN — Restaurant in Tokyo

We were a group of 11 members went to the hotel for dinner and we ordered dinner around 9PM and they took 1 hour to prepare a dinner we haven't asked any word why it's getting so late. Then food came and in our order there was 5 chicken briyani. That didn't even taste like briyani and only a couple of chicken pieces were there on the plate.

And main thing is the guy who took a good order is a kind and talkative guy no issues with him but while we were having dinner a guy from the kitchen came and he started saying a lot of things and he delivered a sentence that we too have a child and family to look after east fast and try to leave the hotel. When he says that there was more than 40 mins left to close the restaurant and even while collecting the plate finally he just used some local words. So that was really beyond the limits and I warned him and left...

First, the guy who takes the order is disrespectful, joking about us, how we talk and others customers (japanese). Then he can threaten you "beware, I m a bad guy". The food taste is masked by a lot of spicy sauce. The chicken and prown curry are not that good...but the best of this restaurant is CockRoach everywhere... in the toilet, under the table (one tried to go on my leg)...and in the whole kitchen (just watch). Very good Indian food! A good choice if you’ve just been to Ueno park and want something different. The place doesn’t look very inviting from the outside (also from the inside, lol) but the food was very delicious and the service was great. It’s not fancy or hip. Just go for the food. There’s some Indian music playing, which was cool. You get a lot of food, the naan is warm and huge, and the curry (I had butter chicken)...
