Bar Akamon — Restaurant in Tokyo

Spent our honeymoon in Japan a few weeks ago and my wife had a conference call in the hotel so I went searching for a whisky bar and found this absolute gem of a place!

The owner (Hi-de) was so welcoming and I had a great chat with him as he recommended and showed me a lot of Japanese whisky brands and also made me a delicious old fashioned.

The place has a lovely chilled atmosphere and only fits maybe 15-20 people max. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Tokyo.
