Omg. Best hamburger that I have ever had. Found this place around midnight on Friday, completely sober, a little hungry. Ordered the sparkling wine and okra fritters - okra was delightful as was the sparkling. Progressed after a little while to a glass of cab and the “chef’s hanburg steak” with magma salt. Absolutely incredible!!! Swoon. I have been eating trash burgers my entire life… and will never be able to enjoy a burger again. Spoiled for life.

Good atmosphere - lots of locals enjoying a good time. I sat in front of the glass and watched the chefs prepare everything. Super meticulous. At 1am, they put all the food away and cleaned EVERYTHING. Like, they washed the refrigerators with soap and water to gleaming, sparkling brilliance.

5/5. Might come back tomorrow for another burger, maybe with the onion sauce next time? Maybe just more of...

Nice selection of wine priced reasonably. French bistro style small plates, all served promptly and were delicious. Service excellent. The two of us had pate, seafood salad, taco salad, beef in wine sauce and a dessert. Waiter helped us choose the Pays d’Oc bottle of wine and it was right on the mark.
