Four of us attended to colour in maneki neko, we had booked in advance so were seated straight away. There was space for those who hadn't booked, too. There were some lovely sweet snacks available, I wish we had been hungry enough to order! We each chose a different makeni neko design, as there we four poses to choose from. So we all had very unique lucky cats to colour in. The pens were not always very good, but there were plenty of the same colour so you could always find one else to use. There were gold, white and silver pens, too! Great for adding detail and shine. Though I do wish there was a more extensive colour range. We were given a lovely paw-print cake with our drinks. They were very tasty. Service was polite and friendly. I would happily go again on my next trip to Japan! A very special experience, something I would absolute recommend to anyone...
Read moreIt was a nice break from taking in the sights of Tokyo Tokyo. We came in mid afternoon on a weekday and immediately sat down at the window. The small coffee shop was busy but quiet.
The entire menu is cat themed, and all the pastries are shaped like cats. The beer is lucky cat, and the specialty drinks have cats in them. We ordered a snack and paid for a cat to paint, which came with a free drink. It was a fun way to relax, get creative, and have fun!
