I order a set of breakfast with ice black tea. I paid and they only give me the black tea at first so I think I have to wait. But the sandwich never comes☹️ I ask and they ask for my receipt but they didn’t give it to me after the transaction😣Even though I don’t have the receipt, they still believe in me🥹

Of course you can say they are just afraid of getting into an even worse situation, but I think the wonderful part of humanity is trusting each other. I read some of the comments saying that the store manager is having a bad attitude, but I totally don’t agree with it. He is super nice to me after all this.

But, to be fair, I hope this case wouldn’t happen again....
