What makes this place great is the location. Dining options are everywhere and endless. The hotel is a few minutes' walk to sanchome station to get you to wherever you need to go. It’s bigger than the typical accommodations you get in Tokyo, but much of these areas added to the square footage are huge patios to which most areas are unusable. There were 2 of us and we stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment. The third bedroom is more like a partitioned section area in the kitchen with a single bed. The 2 other rooms each had 2 single beds. There is no lock on any of the room door. No safe in the apartment. The apartment has 1 toilet room and 1 shower/tub combo room. There's one small TV (in the entire apartment) in the kitchen that looks like a relic from 20 years ago (strictly Japanese channels). All necessary kitchen appliances and wares are provided if you like to cook. If you don’t read “kanji,” make sure you have google translate because everything is in Japanese writing/labels. Inspect the cups because the first coffee cup I picked up still had a lipstick mark. The second cup I picked up had a hardened coffee ring around a stain at the bottom of the cup. Overall, convenience ruled the day and I would...
Read moreGreat location, great price, great rooms. Can't say enough about this place. The reception didn't speak much English, but they did their best, including me calling from the US to see if I can check in early (which they allowed because no one was in the room). Our room had two beds, a futon, full kitchen, washer, and bathtub. For the value, this is basically unbeatable. I see all these negative reviews and I just think people grew up with silver spoons in their mouth and expect a throne and gold in all their hotels or something even when they are paying for a budget hotel. For the price, this is unbeatable for the area and better than a lot of mid-range hotels...
Read moreHotel was in a terrific location about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the mains train station with closer to other private train lines. The rooms were small as expected but generally clean besides a small mould issue in the bathroom however on the third day I fix that but I just popping across the road and buying a ¥300 bottle of mould remover sprayed it left for 30 minutes and rinsed away and then I had no more issue for the rest of my stay. It’s a shame really that there cleaning stuff don’t address this themselves as it prevents them from getting a higher rating. Service however was terrific the desk staff were very friendly and always greeted us at any passing...
