I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by your pharmacy. My family and I recently visited your store to purchase medicine, and to our dismay, we discovered that we were charged exorbitant amounts for the most expensive items, likely on purpose.

We were shocked to see that we were charged a total of 14,694 yen for these items. This mistake was not noticed until we had already left Japan, leading us to believe that this was a deliberate act on the part of the pharmacy. It is unacceptable that your establishment would engage in such unethical practices and take advantage of unsuspecting customers.
