Conveniently located hotel, in Shinjuku. Close to the main hustle and bustle but away from the main thoroughfare to maintain some calmness. We booked a deluxe double and asked for a street view room, but the room was quite small. We asked if we could upgrade, for a fee, to a larger twin room. We paid an additional £80. The room had no view as there was a building next to the window, but as we were not in the room during the day and used the hotel as a base to rest, we were not too bothered. We're pleased we upgraded as we had more space for our belongings. We still had to do some rearranging in the room for our suitcases but we soon found a way around the limited space we had, despite the upgrade. The room quiet, comfortable beds, and decent bathroom. The only negative is the lack of hooks to hang clothes. Coffee and tea are provided in the room, although there is a hit drinks machine in the lounge area by reception. There is a laundry area, and a drinks machine and ice machine on one of the floors. Breakfast was great. Mainly bread items, sweet and savory but to be honest for a few days it's fine. There are a couple of lounge areas for guests to relax. Reception staff were friendly and helped when needed. Rooms were cleaned daily and well. There are some shops nearby for any provision and food options galore nearby. A sound option for a hotel. May not be suitable for people wanting rooms with a view, lots of space, gluten free breakfast options. Ok for a short visit and a clean comfortable place to rest.

Stayed here for a week and loved it Yes the rooms are small. I don’t think it’s fair giving the hotel a lower review for that because that is how it is here. I’d rather less space to have that bit of counter space and mini fridge. Coffee and water was always stocked in my room whenever housekeeping came. And when I requested no cleaning they left a bag on the door handle of fresh towels and toiletries. Really liked that! Also the front desk is great with keeping your extra bags stored away during the stay and even after you’ve checked out if you’re killing time before a flight. I would have liked to see different breakfast options. It’s fairly basic with the pastries, yogurt, juice and coffee. But it was convenient for some quick carbs. This hotel is located in a great spot. Close to lots of shopping, under 15 mins to golden gai. Bus stop right in front and different subway entrances in the area. It’s a bit of a walk with suitcases but the walk itself was smooth and there’s so much to see that i didn’t even feel it. A few days it poured. The hotel has umbrellas for guests to use. It was really hot and I was a bit worried about the room feeling warm. But the AC worked great which kept us very comfortable. Staff were all lovely and hospitable. Every evening they had a line up of sake wine and whiskey free for guests Highly recommend :)

This was a lovely surprise of a hotel. Staff were very nice, helpful and patient during check-in considering we were foreigners traveling to Japan for the first time and had a ton of questions. We really enjoyed the luxury of free-pour hours, which allowed us to help ourselves to a variety of alcohol not including beer. We were also spoiled with donuts, coffee/refreshments, and continental breakfast! Additionally, we were given water bottles and other necessities such as toothbrushes, body towels, razors, etc which were in the room already but also left out at the front desk to grab as needed. The rooms themselves were a bit small but very functional and made the most sense compared to other 3 hotels I stayed at during this trip. Lastly, the base rate for the hotel appeared to be the same whether it was 1 or 2 travelers, which was a big one for me because another Tokyo hotel I stayed at charged me an additional 2000 yen for a 2nd traveler even though the room accommodated 2 people. The next time I visit Tokyo I will 100000% be coming back here and here only.

Stayed here as a family of three for 5 days. After carefully seeking a hotel in the Shinjuku area. The rooms was big enough to fit 3 suitcases opened. and still able to walk around the bed. The room has a small Japanese bath, small fridge, watercooker, hairdryer. All was spotless clean. A Japanese toilet of course which cleanse your butt hole every time. The bed was around a small double, my son was just able go sleep with us, but i have seen smaller double beds.

In the morning they provide free simple breakfast consist of some small bread, donuts, variations of coffee and cereal. Hey you are in Japan, you should eat outside anyways! But the breakfast is good enough for me.

Direct below there is a very cheap convenience store open untill 0:00. 100m futher there is a family mart which is 24hours. Some subway stations depending which lines you need to take, the closest is a short 3 minutes walk, the bigger ones 10 or 15 minutes.

The hotel is located on the quiet side of Shinjuku, no drunk people, no vendors, no proppers, no African men that disturb your walk to your hotel. Still golden gai is only a 5 minute walk, centre Shinjuku a 10 minute walk.

I prefer this hotel compared to Centadines, Apa or Gracery hotel, because they are really in the centre of Shinjuku, if that is your thing, go there. If you looking for a more relaxing vibe, more clean environment, then you should stay here.

The common areas are great, many places to sit and lounge. Very relaxing, great free services like bottles water, toothbrushes, combs, shavers. They also have a washing room on the 2nd floor to do your own laundry, around 500yen for...
