CARROLL Diner Cafe Bar (Atre Gotanda) — Restaurant in Tokyo

I come here to work on weekdays quite often, and overall experience is good: customer service, cleanliness, and food quality. Although, today, the seat I sat had food crumbs (sliced green peppers, nuts, and tomato paste) and the table was a bit oily. The staff helped clean the area but didnt necessarily wipe (but more so picked the crumbs) so the oiliness was still there on the floor and I was a little bummed out to see that the staff that took care of it thought this would be clean enough hahah.

This is right next to the check-in desk for the hotel but anyone can eat here. At lunch there's a salad bar (they give you a plate at your table) and a separate drink bar. Ordering is done through an app and they give you the receipt when the food comes out.

The cuisine is like a weird mix of a bunch of different countries. Also, the tacos are a dinner only thing. Food was average, but I think the pasta dish was a little small.

You have to use the elevator of Hotel Mets to go here (3F) & have breakfast since Atre bldg itself is closed until 11 or so. If you’re not a hotel guest, you pay at the entrance before being seated & then the staff takes your order (¥1540) Kudos to the only 1 staff who managed the whole area, but that really cost the slow refill of the buffet items..
