Oh, what a delightful experience it was at this fine spot of yumminess for so many years! I simply couldn't resist sharing this gem with countless friends. But alas, today's encounter with the staff member in the oh-so-fashionable yellow shirt left me positively enchanted! His customer service, one might say, was truly awe-inspiring.

We cannot forget the sheer audacity of the situation - we dared to request a humble straw for our highball, and this paragon of virtue had the audacity to inform us that alcohol doesn't come with such luxuries! Oh, how foolish we were to assume that a simple straw could accompany our libations.

Needless to say, our entire evening was a whirlwind of excitement as we rushed to complete our meal and escape the clutches of this enchanting, princess-like staff member. Fear not, dear chao, for we shall seek refuge in the welcoming arms of a nearby Thai establishment on our next...

The food was good. The service and hospitality need improvement.

I was assign to a shared table because I bring baby car. We totally find with it. After a while, the half of food we ordered came. We start to ate it. Afterwards there are 8 persons group came and we asked to changed to another table while we were eating. 🫩

In that kind of condition it best to ask the 8 persons group without reservations to wait just like we wait for a table in the first place.

During moving the foods, the waiter help, but the way they bring the bowl make the thumbs dipped to the soup 🤦🏻‍♂️ And the fingers were holding like claw machine for all of our glasses 🤦🏻‍♂️

In this kind of condition the waiters could use a tray to help. Your service doesn't have to...

We spent 8 days in Japan. Ate at Nobu , couple tourist traps that I didn’t care to remember the names , and this place .... we came back ... 4 times ! The food was amazing . I’m back home in Miami thinking about it . Service is awful but it’s almost charming because I don’t think they mean to be rude - it’s just their way . I would usually be turned off by bad service but the damn food was so good , I didn’t mind . Also, don’t go there already hungry- as there is usually a bit of a line . Food is SPICY ! Ah!
