Don’t go here if you have other options!!(We chose this because Bamboo was closed and there was a long queue for other restaurants because of new year)
Bamboo nearby is soooo much better.
It was a terrible experience, the food was very slow where we had to frequently check for progress. And staff never apologised for the food arriving late. The table next to us who just came ordered the same fried rice (we ordered 30-40mins ago) . And our food almost arrive the same time!!!
We ordered gau man gai, ton yum gun, fried vegetables and fried rice. It took about 10mins for gau man gai, ton yum gun and fried vegetables to arrive, which is acceptable .
After we finished the soup and vegetables, fried rice still did not arrive. It’s about 30mins already.
We asked the staff where’s the fried rice and it took another 5-10mins for her to check and come back said “in preparation” , we looked around the tables who came after us were all eating and it seems all of their food arrived. another 5mins passed. She explained the fried rice needs to take turn cook. It’s obviously an excuse that they missed the order as the same fried rice of the table next to us who just came and ordered about 5-10mins!!! How come it took us 40mins for the fried rice to arrive while the other table just took 10mins.
The worst is the staff did not feel anything and just asked us if we want to cancel. We cancelled of course as it was totally unacceptable. No apologies or anything from the restaurant...

全体的に言って、近くの「バンブー」が休業していなければ、絶対にこの店には入らず、皆さんにもお勧めしません。
料理について: 単品料理の量は非常に少なく、それでいて価格は一人前の料金です。カオマンガイはむね肉を使用しており、肉質はパサパサで硬い、全然美味しくありません。全体のボリュームも非常に少なかったです。
トムヤムスープは一般的なものとは異なる味で、好みの問題かもしれませんが、私には合いませんでした。 また、炒飯については後述しますが、注文したにも関わらず食べることができませんでした。
サービスについて: 14時31分に注文を行い、14時40分ごろに「空芯菜」が提供され、14時48分にカオマンガイが到着しました。ここまでは問題ありませんが、同時に注文した炒飯が全然来ませんでした。
隣のテーブルではすでにお客さんが入れ替わったのに、まだ炒飯は提供されませんでした。50分過ぎに初めて「注文が漏れたのですか?」と確認したところ、マネージャーらしき女性が「漏れていない、今作っている」と答えたため、待ち続けました。炒め物を作る音が聞こえたので、もうすぐだと思いましたが、出てきた炒飯は私たちのものではなく、隣のテーブルのものでした。しかもそのお客さんは注文したばかりでした。
再び店員に確認すると、その女性店員が「あと2分」と耳打ちしてきたのが15時5分頃でした。しかし、実際に炒飯が提供されたのは15時8分で、注文から30分以上も経過していました。隣の注文したばかりの客の炒飯が同時に提供されたことに、非常に困惑しました。
料理は提供順序があると言い張るものの、なぜだいぶ後から座った客の炒飯が同時に提供されたのか説明できず、さらに注文漏れを否定しつつも、最後の催促時に「2分後」と言いながらその時点でようやく炒め始めた理由も説明できませんでした。
状況を尋ねても、店員のお詫びもせず、明らかに言い訳を並べるばかりで、最後には「キャンセルしますか?」と冷たく言われました。もちろんキャンセルしました。このような無責任な店にこれ以上お金を使うことはありません!
私たちは不合理な要求はしていません。ただ、何度も「問題ない」と言い張る態度に失望しました。このような店は淘汰されるべきです。
タイ料理を食べたいなら、他の店に行く方が絶対良いです。

Overall, if the nearby “Bamboo Thai Cuisine” hadn’t been closed, I would never have entered this place, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Food: The portion sizes for à la carte dishes were extremely small, yet the price charged was for a full portion. The Hainanese chicken rice was made with chicken breast, resulting in a very dry and unpleasant texture. The side dishes were also overly minimal. The tom yum soup tasted different from the usual ones, which might appeal to some people, but it wasn’t to my liking. As for the fried rice, I couldn’t even try it due to the service issues, which I will elaborate on below.
Service: We placed our order at 2:31 PM. The first dish, water spinach, arrived around 2:40 PM, and the Hainanese chicken rice followed at 2:48 PM. However, the fried rice, which we ordered at the same time, never arrived.
Two nearby tables had their customers entirely swapped out, yet we still didn’t receive our fried rice. Around 2:50 PM, we asked for the first time if the order had been forgotten. A staff member, who seemed to be the floor manager, assured us that it hadn’t been overlooked and was being prepared. We decided to wait. Hearing the sound of cooking, we assumed it was finally being made. To our surprise, the fried rice served was not ours but belonged to the adjacent table, who had just ordered moments ago.
We asked again, and the same staff member whispered, “Two more minutes,” at around 3:05 PM. Finally, the fried rice was served at 3:08 PM, more than 30 minutes after we placed the order. Even more frustratingly, the other table, who had just sat down, received their fried rice at the same time as ours.
When we questioned the situation, the staff didn’t offer any apology. Instead, they made unreasonable excuses, such as claiming that dishes are served in a certain order—without explaining why the later order was served at the same time as ours. In the end, the staff coldly asked, “Do you want to cancel it?” Yes, of course, we wanted to cancel. We couldn’t tolerate such irresponsible service any longer.
We didn’t make any unreasonable demands, but all we got in return was denial of any issue and a complete lack of accountability. Such an attitude is unacceptable, and I believe establishments like this should not survive.
If you’re looking for Thai food, go somewhere else. This is my sincere...

The food was delicious and tasted pretty authentic. However, we received poor customer service. We had to call two different wait staff members at least four times before someone took our order. While we waited, we watched them take orders from patrons who arrived after us, serve other tables their drinks and food, and clean down a table and move patrons from the table next to us to it. We dined during lunch--about 1.5 hours after they opened--and they were already sold out of mango sticky rice. We were also informed that they do not serve fresh spring rolls until dinnertime (but it's not mentioned anywhere in their menu). I also asked for water, but I never received it. Because of the service, we'll never return here--there are other great Thai restaurants in the area with great food and service to receive...
