I’ve tried calling this restaurant many times in the past to make a reservation, but each time I was told they were “full” . I recently discovered it’s finally available on Tablecheck—only to find out they refuse reservations from people who don’t speak Japanese. How would you describe that kind of policy?
It’s honestly laughable that a place claiming to serve fusion cuisine, blending flavors from across the globe, has such a narrow and exclusionary mindset. Maybe they should take a page out of their own menu and embrace some diversity.
I won’t be wasting my time or money here, and I’d advise anyone who values respect and inclusivity to do the same. A restaurant that picks and chooses who’s 'welcome' based on language doesn’t deserve...
