🏠 First impression, really love the vibe of the store. It felt more modern with the LED light, but still nice and clean. There's a QR to scan for menu as well so except for the food, it's self-service.
🏠 I was really intrigued by the menu as well. Like the name said, the menu is heavy on varieties of ramen and onigiri, as well as set combo for both dishes. All the dishes looked so good, but since I was alone, I had to skip the onigiri and went for the signature - ramen in a cappuccino cup, and a side of gyoza.
🍜 When the dish came out, oh my god, was it much much bigger than I thought. The cup, was, giant! Never seen such a huge cup!!! It was deep too, so the eating part was a bit of a struggle.
🍜 The ramen was served with truffle oil on the side, the top was covered with an egg white foam which you have to dig through to get to the ramen. The best description I could give to this dish, was if ramen and carbonara had a daughter and that daughter was more on the carbonara side.
🍜 The noodles were a bit thicker mixed with bean sprouts to have that crunch and not ruin the white on white aesthetic, and the broth was literally thin carbonara sauce. I'd say, it's ok. It got harder to finish at the end there when the heaviness took over. But if you're an ultra carbonara lover, maybe you'll enjoy it way more.

For the capuccino ramen, the cqpuccino flavour is not that strong, served with truffle oil as well, it’s so nice, the texture of the noodle is just right. Surprisingly, it’s a nice combination and innovation of ramen. But my favorite ramen is the ricotta cheese, it comes with cod roe, since I’m a fan of cod roe, this ramen is the best ramen and food I’ve eaten in Japan. Before I mix the cod roe, the creamy texture of the soup is really nice, athe taste is so new for me. After being mixed, it becomes tastier, recommended!! This ramen shop’s popularity seems to rely heavily on social media marketing, but unfortunately, the dining experience doesn’t quite live up to the hype. Overall, the food isn’t bad, but it isn’t particularly impressive either—just average.
I ordered the salt-based ramen, which had an overly salty flavor and lacked depth in its broth. The slices of chashu were thin and small, and the soup was served at a less-than-ideal temperature. The only saving grace was the noodles, which had a pleasant texture. However, the overall balance of the dish left much to be desired.
My friend ordered the rice ball set, which also fell short. The rice was too hard, lacked flavor, and the filling-to-rice ratio was off, leaving mostly plain rice after a couple of bites.
The service atmosphere was cold, with staff lacking enthusiasm, and even the music selection was poorly curated. Overall, the dining experience was underwhelming.
