A cozy and charming café that made for a perfect break during our day. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a warm atmosphere, relaxing music, and the comforting smell of freshly brewed coffee. The menu had a great selection of drinks — we tried the hand-drip coffee and a matcha latte, both of which were excellent. The coffee was rich and smooth, clearly made with care, and the matcha had just the right balance of bitterness and creaminess. We also shared a slice of their homemade cheesecake and a seasonal tart — both were beautifully presented and delicious without being overly sweet. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The presentation of everything — from the drinks to the desserts — was thoughtful, and the ceramics they use are beautiful. The café interior is tastefully decorated, with lots of natural light, wooden accents, and small touches that make it feel like a peaceful hideaway. Staff were friendly and attentive, and although the café was busy, it never felt rushed or noisy. It’s the kind of place you could sit and relax for a while — read a book, catch up on journaling, or just enjoy the view outside. If you're in the area and looking for a quiet spot to unwind with high-quality coffee and sweets, this café is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates slow, thoughtful cafés that feel like a little escape from the busy...
Read moreOct 20, 2025 Very stylish cafe/clothing shop. There were 3 other guests when we came in at 8pm on a Mon night but by the time we left at 9pm there was no one so it was a very relaxing atmosphere all to ourselves. Come more for the atmosphere than the drinks and desserts, but definitely a lovely time on a quiet weeknight. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
You can smell different chai flavors before ordering. My friend got "silk" latte (800 yen) and it was smooth, slightly sweet and light, but he thought it was too much milk that the chai flavor was barely there. I got a hot rum chai (1,100 yen) and it was decent. Spice chiffon cake (800 yen) was okay, though the cream was tasty. I would think churros at the same price would be a bit expensive. Total bill was 3,300...

This was another spot I had been keeping an eye on and really wanted to visit.
I thought I knew where everything was in Kuramae, but I passed by this shop for the first time and was surprised — “Wow, such a stylish place here!”
The back area is a boutique or select shop, while the front is a café space, and it’s super stylish. • Original Chai “cottonn” – 700 yen • Spice Chiffon Cake – 700 yen • Chai Gelato – 700 yen
You can actually smell all four types of chai before choosing, and I went with “cotton,” which was simple and cinnamon-scented.
Since I prefer enjoying good chai hot, I ordered it hot. It was absolutely delicious — I could really taste the spices, and cinnamon, which I personally love, came through the most. It was so good, I got hooked!
As for the iced version, I was expecting something spicier, but it was actually quite refreshing. It was interesting to experience chai in a completely different form from the drink.
The chiffon cake had a subtle chai flavor and was delicious. The orange garnish added a nice accent and made it even better.

🐥 Tori’s Points • Even among chai lovers, preferences can vary, so being able to choose from 4 varieties is a big plus. • None of the options had a strong ginger flavor. • Definitely recommend this place as a café stop when doing a Kuramae...
