I had the pork cutlet curry with the original sauce, 350 grams of meat, and a spice level of 4. The flavor was absolutely incredible! The curry had a deep, rich taste with just the right amount of heat to enhance the experience without overpowering it. The pork cutlet was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and paired perfectly with the smooth, flavorful curry sauce.

Reviewing this as a tourist - I realize Coco Curry is viewed as fast food by many Japanese people.

We really enjoyed the customizable food and ate here several times during our stay in Kanda. The staff is kind and speaks a little English, but ordering is no problem as there is an English menu and you can point at what you want to order.

使用したタイミング次第かもしれませんが、少なくとも私が利用した時は、良い意味で静かな、悪い意味で陰気な雰囲気のレストランのように感じました。CoCo壱番屋に限らずチェーン店にはよくあるBGMは無く、スタッフ同士の会話もありません（スタッフ同士のお喋りを嫌う客からすれば快適かもしれません）。 店内は狭く、カウンター席とテーブル席との合計で20席程度、店の奥に多数の漫画本が置かれている本棚があり、注文した料理が給仕されるまでの間に漫画を読んで時間を費やすことも出来ます。しかし、そのような環境からか、複数人で店に訪れて料理を楽しむ、という目的の客は少なく、ほとんどの客は単身で利用し、食事をした後は速やかに退店する、という客がほとんどです。そのため、漫画本を読む人はほとんどいません。 牛丼チェーン店のように、手早く食事を済ませる目的で利用するのであればいいかもしれませんが、家族や知人を交えて食事を楽しむ目的では、あまりお勧めできません。

It may depend on the timing of your visit, but at least when I used the restaurant, it seemed quiet in a good way and gloomy in a bad way: no background music, which is common in chain restaurants, not only CoCo Ichibanya, and no conversations among the staff (which may be comfortable for customers who dislike chatter among the staff). The restaurant is small, with a total of about 20 seats at the counter and tables, and a bookshelf with many comic books in the back of the restaurant, so you can spend some time reading manga while waiting for your food to be served. However, perhaps because of this environment, few customers visit the restaurant with others to enjoy the dishes, and most customers use the restaurant alone and leave promptly after eating. Therefore, few people read comic books. This may be fine if the purpose is to enjoy a quick meal like at a beef bowl chain restaurant, but it's not recommended if the purpose is to enjoy a meal with family members or...
