As already said in Tripadvisor site, here my thoughts about this restaurant:
We waited for more than 40 minutes in the stairs to eat there. There was no information in English anywhere that a ticket was needed to enter. We waited with almost local people (Japanese natives) and nobody had any tickets. Curiously, ALL Japanese people in front and behind of me and my sister were able to enter with and without tickets.... And even for a Japanese man BEHIND us who had not ticket, a woman staff helped him to get it while for us it was NO.
This reaction is RACIST. It is not because we could not speak japanese and we are not japanese that we could not have the right to have any kind of support or explanation from them....

That attracts lots of visitors to come over and eat here, especially for it's all you can eat raw fish lunch buffet. However, a long long queue is there for the lunch. The lunch buffet is ¥1300/person. Meat time is limited to 50 min only. No left over foods are allowed, ¥500 penalty applied if the foods in your plate is not finished. The foods is just so so, no comparison with other department store restaurants. (at least its price is lower than other buffet restaurants) At least, it will feed you full if you like saw fishes, tuna & salmon. Visiting there once is good...
Read moreThe wait: Went and stood in line at 11:20, was seated at 12:00 sharp. Was a reasonable wait since it was a big enough place with 156 seats. The food: Lunch buffet is clean and piled with huge plates of sashimi that does get refilled quite frequently. However, the quality of the fish is very mediocre. The salmon is way too fatty with membranes attached to actually be enjoyable, and the tuna is of a better grade than the salmon but cut in huge chunks... do recommend the minced tuna tho. Selection is limited, but is worthy of the price set at 1300yen. Definitely a cheap eat that is worth a try if you are craving a huge amount of sashimi...
