Avoid at all costs! They wanted us leave before we spend 1 hour in very rude manner (they just left the receipt on the table first time without saying anything so we didn’t even understand they wanted us pay then, and then demand us to pay immediately second time). And it took almost 30 minutes for them to serve our foods and drinks, which left 30 minutes to finish our food. The booklet says we need to order new thing every 2 and half hours, so I don’t know why we are asked to leave before that. Unless they have a good explanation for that (I cannot think any, but even if they have, they should have told us then), this is a literally a scam given that we paid for their overpriced desserts and drinks and not given the time to enjoy our food...
Read moreI ordered a Tokyo coffee roll and a pot of Earl Grey. The roll was nice, but a bit too pricey for just such a simple dessert. The main issue was with the tea: the waitress brought Darjeeling intead of Earl Grey. When i said that it's the wrong order and i offered her ti smell it to see the difference she responded that she doesn't see that difference. ( for people who are not into tea: earl grey smells like bergamot, its a citrus. Darjeeling smells like just regular black tea) I think that if im paying 20$ for tea and cake I should get my order and nice service. Not the best place for tea, but the cakes are nice. For tea lovers I'd reccomend Marriage Fréres in...
Read moreThe atmoshere is good but the service is bad! Ultimately turns the atmosphere bad! Super bad I would never recommend this to foreigners visiting Tokyo. Not foreign friendly at all. Entered here tonight at 8:10pm. They took time to serve the order and while I was finishing up my tea, the waiter had to come to the table twice (acting as if he wanted me to go out already) even if it’s written in their menu that you can stay for 2.5 hours. It wasn’t even an hour! The kind of Japanese service I know isn’t like that at all. At least have some common sense that if your customer is still drinking or eating, ask after. What a disgrace to...
