Dean & DeLuca Café Echika Omotesando — Restaurant in Tokyo

I always order the same lasagna that is prepared with several layers and this time (first time) it came missing half of the lasagna (with few layers) .. I ordered through Uber Eats in the morning and when I opened the package I had this disappointing surprise and to make matters worse I wasn't reimbursed even though I sent all the photos I took of the lasagna that came half-eaten. I'm going to post photos of how the lasagna came and the last photo is how I always buy it, whether it's delivery or in the store. Charging a high price to send me only half of the lasagna is wrong and unfair!!!! complete disrespect to a customer who consumes Dean & Deluca...

Bad experience overall. Frosty customer service, subpar coffee, massively overpriced like all Dean & DeLuca stores. Make sure not to speak too loudly while you’re there (in my case, normal volume) or you might get someone complaining about you...
