Dining Darts Bar Bee SHIBUYA — Restaurant in Tokyo

This place is very fun! Good food, fun drink options, and awesome staff. One note, Google doesn't know how to direct you there if you're walking so don't rely on the walking directions completely.

Based on the Restaurant Rubric™ here's my review. Atmosphere: very fun! Dimly lit, leather seats, and upbeat music. It's similar to a sports bar in some ways only the sport is darts. 5/5 Furniture: Leather (or at least fake leather) and comfortable. The barstools have a low back to them which is kind of nice. 5/5 Dishware: nothing out of the ordinary. I got a pizza and it came on a wooden plank which is fun. 4/5 Food: I can only rate what I've eaten but it was very good! The cost is reasonable but there is a cover charge added on top so it's not cheap but not terrible. 5/5 Staff: Excellent! I was the "first guest" of the night aparently so the bartender gave me my beer and then made me cheers with him which was fun. 5/5

Note for other travelers: the dart boards can only be paid for using electronic methods like a Suica card. Locals can obviously use their phones but my US phone isn't compatible with the payment system so my suica card is my only option. Not s big deal since it's 50¥ per player but make sure you've got some money on your card...

Recommended! A lively place for enjoying darts with an exciting atmosphere. I like the design and the lighting. Many DARTSLIVE machines are available as well as VSPhoenix X-MAX. They have good promotions for free entry until 6pm and free darts play until 9pm. The drinks are a little expensive but with such promotions it balances out. I tried a new and tasty drink during a special promotion - espresso highball.

It does get busy, especially on the weekends. I'm not sure how the system of switching between players works during peak times. It also seemed the bar was maybe a little understaffed when I visited. Since I played by myself, I wanted to challenge a staff member but it seemed they were usually busy playing with regulars. I hope to do...

Don't go after 9pm because the prices aren't worth it. (￥540 cover charge per person and all drinks including beers u can get at conbinis are ￥600 and upwards no jk) Plus, it gets soo busy after 9 you'll have to rotate groups sharing one dart board.

Do go before 9pm, because they have happy hour and all drinks are 500￥ including cocktails, mixes etc. There‘s less people and you can enjoy two rounds on a dart board...
