While we don’t speak Japanese, Yasuke Sato & another sales person was very, very, helpful and patient with us. They educated us in the differences of brands & product lines and made recommendations to help us select a washer+dryer combination, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and rice cooker for our daughter’s new apartment. I used Google translate on my phone and he had a small translator.

In addition, Labi’s prices were lower than BIC Camera & Don Quijote on some of the higher priced items. The delivery and installation was free and just had to pay $5, since the apartment was in the 2nd floor.
