I don’t know where to start. The service was terrible. The server whose name I believe was デビ had a subpar attitude. As we needed things or had questions, we would call out for her. She would deliberately ignore us and when we finally got her attention, she wouldn’t be very nice. We ordered unagi fried rice and after 35 minutes of not receiving it, it took four attempts to get her attention to the matter. Even the Japanese party next to us began telling her that we had been calling for her after she attended to them first. She still walked away.

Aside from waiting for 35 minutes for rice that never came (and how hard is rice?), I ordered a glass of plum liquor. Attached is how much I got. I was able to drink it all at once in less time than a shot. Total scam.

If you don’t want to serve foreigners, don’t offer English menus. Between being unable to supply the ordered food and the scam you call a glass of plum liquor, the last thing this establishment can afford is to have a nasty worker. Probably my worst meal in Japan yet and I’ve been here...

Food is mostly terrible, and you are forced to order one food item per person (despite there already being a per person table charge). The salted fish is gummy with a bitter aftertaste, and the saki squid snack is too sweet. The drinks were good, and there was a fair amount of space for large groups, but the entire experience was negatively overshadowed by the whole...

席の案内もなかったので、入り口近くの2人掛けテーブルに座る 真ん中に厨房があるのだが、中からこちらをニヤニヤみる店員2人、、、 なんか嫌だなと思いながらも、ホールスタッフがやってきてオーダーの確認。 私の後ろでオーダーしていた方を見ながら「あちらご一緒ですか？」と、、

違います　と答えると、すごく嫌な顔をして、「それでしたらカウンターでお願いします。」

昼時なので、ソロはカウンターでって事もわかるので、すみませんと答え移動。

ちなみに、カウンターで空いていたのは見えにくいところの1席。　　私が2人かけテーブルに座った時点で、他にもソロで2人掛けテーブルで食事している方もいた。

さらに最悪だったのが、移動している最中に、先ほど厨房でニヤニヤしていた2人。 『ほーーらな！』

おそらく、私がテーブルに座ったのをみて 1人なのにテーブル座った、、、　でも後ろでオーダーしてる人と一緒かもしれない、、 って厨房で会話があったのだろう。

座ったときにニヤニヤみる2人。 1人を確認したらほーーーらな！

気分が悪い。

テーブルに移動すると、厨房が目の前なのだが、

厨房の2人は、べちゃくちゃでかい声で、「お前、昨日の野球の記事みたか？！」　「おまえ、中田翔の金髪みたか！？」 など、店内でお客さんよりはるかにデカい声で会話。　唾は飛びまくっているレベル　　個人差も、あるだろうが、不快な声量。 スタッフの中で1番年上だろう50代の男性。 1番うるさい。　年長者がその感じだから他のスタッフもレベルが低いんだろう。

そんな事でイライラしながら、食事を待っていて ふと、周りをみると、先ほど私が1人で座ったテーブルに、私の後ろでオーダーしていたソロの男性が座っていた。。。 意味がわからない。移動した意味。

接客が悪いとか、態度とかの問題ではなく、 接客とゆー概念がないんだろうなと感じました。

厨房のやり取りをみたい方は是非カウンターで！ 接客の悪いカフェも流行ってるので、理解したうえで、行くのはありかと！　それを楽しむのならいいお店です。 調理のためのゴム手をしているのだが、その手で鼻を擦ったり、首元をポリポリ そのまま魚捌いてました
