Nezu Day Trip + Delicious Indian Food = Perfect Tokyo Experience for me !! 🇯🇵🇯🇵🍺

I had a truly amazing day in Nezu (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo) — a hidden gem full of tradition, nature, and charm. I started at the beautiful Nezu Shrine, walking through its red torii gates and vibrant azalea gardens. Then I explored Yanaka Ginza, a retro shopping street with local snacks and old-town vibes, followed by a stop at the University of Tokyo’s Akamon, a historic red gate rich with Edo-period history.

After all that walking, I found the perfect spot to relax — a cozy Indian restaurant near Nezu Station. The food was incredible! I had Chana Masala and Aloo Gobi, both vegan and gluten-free, and bursting with authentic flavor. They also serve tandoori dishes, biryani, samosas, .The staff was very polite and welcoming — I felt right at home.

I ended the day with a peaceful stroll to Ueno Park, just 15 minutes away, where I visited the Tokyo National Museum and watched the sunset over Shinobazu Pond.
