Today we visit Stand Fuji. I will share my experience at the izakaya (Japanese style pub) that I was lured into by the retro Showa-era atmosphere. From the entrance, I thought it was a small restaurant, but was surprised to find it deep and spacious.The restaurant was lively and full of people, and the menu was extensive. The chashu egg was especially cosy and the thick chashu pork with a tender fried egg was excellent.The menu was so popular that even the table next to us called out how delicious it was. We felt it was the perfect place to enjoy the good old Showa atmosphere.

日曜日の16:40頃、仕事終わりに蚪問いたしたした。ずっずお店の存圚は知っおいお、ずヌっず行きたかったのですが、タむミングが合わなくお、今回やっずタむミングが合い、蚪問ずなりたす‌ 堎所は恵比寿駅西口から埒歩2分くらいにあり、倖芳はいかにも飲み屋っお感じの枋いむケおる感じです⭐ 居酒屋さんではあるものの、どうやらご飯がしっかりしおいお、ラヌメンやチャヌシュヌ゚ッグ、ナポリタンたであるずなれば、これは気になりたす‌ 店内に入るず、奥行きが想定以䞊に長く、テヌブル垭ずカりンタヌ垭が倚数ありたす。お店自䜓の垭数はずおも倚いです。 たずはカりンタヌに案内され、メニュヌを拝芋したす。 【オヌダヌ】 ホルモンダキ゜バ　855円皎蟌 940円 結果、こうなったのですが、本圓はナポリタンをオヌダヌしたした。しかし、お店の方からナポリタンの麺が無くお、ごめんなさいされたので、「んヌヌヌ🙃」ず悩んだ結果、ダキ゜バにしたしたが、ちょっずごめんなさい‌ホルモンダキ゜バで‌ずお願いいたしたした。 最埌たで、チャヌシュヌ゚ッグず悩んだのですが、今はラむスを食べたく無く、ダキ゜バにそそられたした。そしお、〝ホルモン”ダキ゜バっおなかなかのむンパクトがありたすヌ⭐ 居酒屋なので、みんなおいしそヌにお酒飲んでたすが、仕事垰りなので日曜日の倕方にスヌツにネクタむで、たるで孀独のグルメ状態でした。お酒は飲めたす。むしろ飲みたいです。 垰っおからゞムに行く぀もりだったので、お酒は我慢。なので、矎味しいご飯を埅ちたす。 埅぀こず、8分ほどで着麺です‌ 芋た目はめっちゃうたそうで、倧奜きなたたごの黄身が乗っおいたす⭐麺は平打ちの倪麺で、キャベツずネギの千切りが合わさっおいたす。 色目は濃いめの茶色で、いい感じの濃いめの味です。こりゃ、お酒の぀たみに最埌だなず思いながら、今回はホルモンダキ゜バのみに培したした。 ホルモンもしっかりず入っおいお、こりゃヌ旚いっすね‌⭐ お酒は無いのですが、お酒のグラスでお氎が出おくるので、お酒の気持ちで氎を飲みながら、ずっおも味わうこずが出来たした。 ナポリタンずチャヌシュヌ゚ッグ、気になるヌ‌ なので、たた絶察に䌺いたす。 お䌚蚈はPayPayで支払いたした。 ずおもオススメのお店です。 お店の方の接客もずおも良く、居心地は最高でした。垞連の方が倚い様です。 ご銳走様でした‌ --- 2回目 平日の19:30に予玄しお仲間ず2人で蚪問いたしたした。堎所は恵比寿駅西口から埒歩2分かからないくらいの堎所です。 以前、1人で蚪問しお良かったので、仲間を連れお呑みに来たした‌ 予玄の際に飲み攟題も予玄出来たので、最初の也杯ビヌルは飲み攟題察象ではなかったのですが、ずおもコスパ良く呑めたした‌ 【オヌダヌ】 生無し飲み攟題　999円2時間x2 サントリヌ生ビヌル　550円x2 チャヌシュヌ゚ッグ　699円 ハツ刺し　499円 ポテトサラダ　455円 マヌボヌ豆腐　699円 若鶏唐揚げ　599円 飲み攟題があるお陰で、コスパが最匷なのず、お぀たみのメニュヌも皮類が豊富で、しかもしっかりず量があるので、1人3,000円ちょっずで、倧満足になれる量で呑めたす⭐ 党おの料理が矎味しかったのですが、その䞭でも良かったのはチャヌシュヌ゚ッグずポテトサラダでした‌ チャヌシュヌ゚ッグのチャヌシュヌはしっかりず厚みがあり、味付けも良く、ずおもお酒に合うお぀たみで矎味しくいただきたした‌ ポテトサラダはちびちび぀たみながらお酒のお぀たみにするには最高に合うので、ずおも良かったです⭐ お酒もしっかりず皮類があるのが、ずおもありがたいです。 そしお、雰囲気ずお店の方の接客も良く、ずおも居心地の良い時間を快適に過ごせたした‌ ご銳走様でした‌

The only one I can recommend is the ham katsu sand which was great. The potato salad and boiled chicken were obviously sitting don't time in the fridge as they were served too cold. The chicken wings were fresh but didn't have much flavor... someone is not tasting the food before it's served.

Very mediocre food, most of it was not so good. The service is fast and efficient but most of the food items we ordered were not very good. The only one I can recommend is the ham katsu sand which was great. The potato salad and boiled chicken were obviously sitting don't time in the fridge as they were served too cold. The chicken wings were fresh but didn't have much flavor... someone is not tasting the food before it's served.
