It really depends on what you're looking for. Tried two sandwiches. They aren't at all what I'd call breakfast sandwiches - they're a cross between a snack and a dessert. The bread has the consistency of corn bread - kind of cakey. The sauces - a chili sauce (sweet, not spicy), a yogurt sauce, and a onion mayo sauce, don't really make a distinct impression. The scrambled egg is cooked perfectly but the cheese! It's like a typical slice of processed American cheese laid over one edge but the color was something I hadn't seen before. I had bacon in one of the sandwiches, but it's the typical Japanese bacon that is really just ham and has no flavor. Again, if you're looking for something very rich, with little texture and no stand out flavor - you're good. The cafe latte tasted like what you'd get from a automatic machine - fine but, again, lacking anything special. The service, however, was very friendly and prompt. Read moreEgg On is a nice little spot that’s great for a casual meal, especially if you’re going as a couple. The wait time was normal and the service was the same. It wasn’t exceptional but also nothing to complain about. The food was genuinely good and probably the best part of the experience. The coffee was okay, not amazing but not bad. Prices are reasonable for two people, so it’s a good choice if you’re not with a larger group. The atmosphere is relaxed and makes for easy conversation. The music was just alright, not too loud and mostly in the background. The only downside was the tables, which could definitely be better. They weren’t the most comfortable or spacious. All in all, Egg On is a solid place for good food and a laid-back vibe, especially if you’re...
Read moreI recently had breakfast at Egg On and tried their Double Bacon Egg and Avocado Egg dishes. The taste was certainly interesting, with a unique combination of sweet and savory flavors. However, personally, it didn't suit my preferences, although it had nothing to do with the quality of the food itself.
One aspect that stood out positively was the friendly staff. They were attentive and welcoming, creating a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant also had a bright and inviting ambiance and was playing J-Pop tunes which added to the overall atmosphere.
While the taste wasn't to my liking, Egg On is still worth a visit for those who appreciate intriguing flavor combinations and a warm, friendly...
