The gyoza in Japan so far has been lacking for me which surprised me because I love all forms of dumplings, stumbled upon this place when looking up somewhere to eat by the Tokyo Dome because a review said they were speaking Chinese and this little hole in the wall spot did not disappoint.
I ordered simple, smashed cucumber salad and boiled dumplings (not gyoza) and both were delicious. I also appreciated them taking one look at me and deciding I'd want iced water haha
There was a younger guy there that I guess speaks English or Japanese so it was easy to order with a simple "kore" and pointing. The guy working and cooking also spoke the total in English which made payment easy.

If you need a Gyoza fix, Come to Fujiya!! I recommend the spicy version of their sauce, its in a tall container with a black push button top. The non spicy version is standard and also delicious.
