Read moreAfter 16 days in Japan we came back to this place because it is the best Raman in Japan that we encountered. It's clean and clear that every bowl is important to them. It has that simplicity hidden behind a magnificent broth that makes the end of the bowl a tragedy. Buy your ticket, take your seat, install your Bib and wait while you watch them measure out the perfect portions to make your bowl the most important bowl made all day. The eggs are unbelievable. The perfect condition between soft and hard boiled and melt in your mouth. Belive it...go here...leave and wonder how this place doesn't make any "best" lists....
