One of the most famous Japanese Chinese restaurant chain in Tokyo. As the name suggest, they are famous for its gyoza (dumpling). People say that the tastes of the food is slightly different among the store even it’s a chain, and this Suidobashi store has a good reputation. I ordered a Tenshinhan(egg over rice) dinner set which comes with gyoza and fried chicken. It’s was my first time visiting this chain but the experience was good in general.

昔懐かしい中華そば748円を頂きました。 麺硬め指定OKでした。 エッジはありませんが、風味のあるシャッキリ中細麺。好みなのですが、びっくりするくらい麺が少ないです。120gくらいしかないかも。 ----- チェーンだからと少し甘く見てましたが、店員さんとてもキビキビ働いてらっしゃいますし、早いし美味いし安いです。 麺硬めオーダーも対応してくれて、きちんと硬めで美味しいラーメンが提供されます。ありがたいです。 期間限定の五目あんかけラーメンは、あんかけ多すぎて底まで固まってます（笑 この辺は好みなので良し悪しじゃないですが、サービス良いって事かも。
