Found their white warabi mochi on a magazine last month, I decided to go here because it's near my office. It tastes as you imagine. I remember I had a similar sweet treat in somewhere in the south hemisphere, Fiji? Considered the limited sales channel, we can buy only at the shop, no online shop, this white warabi mochi could be the best Tokyo temiyage (gift) to your loved ones. I would buy them again.

Located inside the apartment tower of the Imperial hotel, this French bakery is on the high-end side. The creations are beautiful and adapted for the Asian audience. They also baked classical pastries, cookies, etc in a traditional French way. Among the items we tasted, the chocolate / orange croissant was perfect.

ずっず気になっおいた「怰子の癜わらび逅」を食べようず思い立ち、芁冷蔵箱個入り,円は高いなぁず悩みながらりロりロしおいたら、そこかしこに配眮されおいる垝囜ホテル埓業員の方がむンカムで䜕やら連絡をしおいるようで、このたただず私は䞍審者ずしお奥の事務所に連れお行かれるず焊り、そそくさず箱をPayPay払いで賌入しお保冷剀を入れおもらい、手さげ玙袋をサッず軜めに奪うように受取っお競歩に近い速床でタワヌ通偎の出口から逃げ ではなく垰りたした。呜からがら垰宅しお、玄米茶を淹れたした。厳重な箱を開けるずりットリするような甘いココナッツの銙り。もう幞せ気分で矎味しかったず蚀いたいくらい。原材料は、わらび粉、ココナッツミルク、牛乳、砂糖、生クリヌム、ココナッツパりダヌ。私の奜きな物のみで䜜られおいたした。銙料や保存料などの添加物は䞀切無し。実食ですパりダヌたっぷりで矎味しい党郚䞀気に食べおしたいそうず食べ進めおいるず、個目玄千円分食べたずころで急ブレヌキ。今たでの人生で和掋党菓子類で甘さをもう少し控えお欲しいず思った事は䜕床もありたすが、もっず甘くしお欲しいず思った事は䞀床もありたせん。今回初めお思いたした、砂糖をかけたいず。わらび粉由来なのか牛乳由来なのかココナッツなのか結構な塩味を感じ、食べ進めるのがキツくなり、個で完党終了。翌日、䌚瀟のスむヌツ奜き仲良しに残りを情報無しで食べおもらうず私ず同じ結果に。「垝囜ホテル」「いった぀みずらどう」ずいうブランドに忖床しお高評䟡をする方は倚いず思いたすが、忖床䞀切無しの評䟡は「莅沢な逞品だけど回食べたら満足。どんな甚途でも、もう買う事は無い」です。次回はケヌキやタルトにした〜す。

Extremely disappointed that they have changed their service structure and offering, now that they have moved into the main wing. Whilst it is presumably (or at least I hope) temporary, they have significantly less bakery on offer, and everything is now take away only. Poor choice by management. I have been coming to gargantua even before their last fit out which was an excellent upgrade on all counts. This is a big backward step...
