To user "apiet soedarno": I'd like to provide some additional context to hannah123's comment about our experience at this restaurant on December 13, 2023. We understand that there may be a different culture of dining in Tokyo, but it is important to consider the following points:
Firstly, upon entering the restaurant, the staff's attitude was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. We did not feel respected or welcomed, which set a negative tone for our dining experience. This was our initial impression even before the meal began.
We maintained respect and politeness in our interactions with the staff throughout our time in the restaurant. If there are any doubts about this, I would recommend reviewing the security camera footage to verify our conduct.
The issue wasn't just about being asked to leave quickly after finishing our meal. It was the manner in which it was done that felt uncomfortable and disrespectful. We were asked to leave barely a minute after we finished our noodles. When we responded politely that we would leave soon, we were asked to leave again after just 120 seconds. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers.
In addition to this, we observed that other Japanese guests were allowed to stay and chat, while we were singled out and asked to leave. This felt discriminatory and added to our discomfort.
We would also like to clarify that we were considerate of other customers waiting in line. We waited outside the restaurant and allowed others to go ahead of us until our entire group had arrived. Once inside, we were conscious of the line and did not prolong our stay unnecessarily. We were merely wrapping up our conversation and gathering our belongings, but were not given the time to do so.
Also, we found the ordering process quite challenging as travelers unfamiliar with the ordering machine. The staff simply watched us struggle to use it without offering any assistance or guidance. This added to our impression that the restaurant was not welcoming to foreigners.
While we understand the need for efficiency and quick turnover in busy restaurants, we believe that it should not come at the expense of basic courtesy...

My first time visiting this location but it wasn't particularly busy. Service is quick and effective, what you'd expect from any ramen shop. The shop itself is bright and clean.
On to the ramen. The soup is thick and rich, reminiscent of the best chicken noodle soup you've ever had. It's well seasoned, not overly salty, and with the fresh grated ginger and fried onion pieces offered on the side it really livens/lightens it up. Try it without, but definitely add them in. The ajitama (soft boiled egg) isn't included but it well worth the addition. Perfectly oozy center, amazing flavor, and just a perfect fit with the rich ramen. The seasonal toppings are always excellent as well.
Can't say enough good things about this ramen. Go try it out. It won't break the bank but it'll be a fantastic...
Read moreFantastic Ramen place! Super tasty. And their most popular dish is the Chicken Ramen. Chicken is really tasty (ordered extra side dish of chicken). The noodles and the thick chicken broth goes so well with each other! I ordered the soy sauce version.
And they have been in Michelin list for consecutive 2 years now apparently. No wonder! One of the servers spoke English also.
You order on a big touch screen. Language support is available. Selected menu - choose a main dish, toppings, side dishes if any and beer if you’d care to add. All cards accepted, along with various other payment methods.
Highly recommended place!
They have another branch in Ginza (May be there are more).
For this one, just go to Grand Cube in...
