It used to be a good fusion. In my initial visits to this restaurant, I was absolutely in awe. It had amazing Quiche and Hamburger fusions. The portions were good too, they used to serve coffee as well. It tried maintaining the same standard after it moved to Grand Cube, but it has absolutely lost the plot now. The portions are not well done, the layer of potato mash is minimal. The quiche size is much much small now. Infact the whole meal is not...

Two courses plus coffee or tea for ¥1480 at lunchtime on weekdays. Seems a bit overpriced for me, although the food is generally pretty good. The restaurant seems understaffed - have seen neighboring tables covered with dirty dishes not being cleared for the entire time...

プリフィクスランチ🍽 お好みの前菜＆お好みのメイン ＋パンorライスを頂きました。

選んだのは〜

♢合鴨パストラミのシーザーサラダ ♢キャベツ入りハンバーグ赤ワインソース ♢ライス🍚

お隣のグループ御一行様はぱっと見👀 豚ロース肉のグリルが多かった様子 恐らくハンバーグは何度も召し上がって いらっしゃるのでしょう^ ^

デミグラスソースor赤ワインで迷い 後者を選択。ワイン🍷好きですが そこまでワインワインしてなくて ハンバーグ自体をじっくり堪能😊

サラダも選択肢が多くしっかりめ メインもボリューミー👏👏

パン、ご飯が控えめなのはその ようなバランス構成からかな？

食後の☕️はtakeoutでサービス 確かにコーヒー1杯でほっこり もう少しゆっくりしようと^...

大手町で昼食を摂る事となり、雰囲気が良かったので立ち寄りました。 ランチはプリフィクスの簡易コースのみです。前菜5種・メイン6種から選択し、ライスかパン(または両方)と食後にコーヒーか紅茶が付きます。 前菜に鮮魚のカルパッチョ サラダ仕立て、メインにキャベツ入りハンバーグ 赤ワインソースを選択。 この日のお魚は鰹で、魚もサラダもかなりボリュームがありました。美味しかったです。 ハンバーグは大量に敷かれたマッシュポテトの上に置かれ、たっぷりと赤ワインソースが掛けられていました。 基本美味しいのですが、キャベツの必然性が伝わってこなかったし、マッシュポテトが多過ぎて、お腹は満たされますがハンバーグの印象が薄くなってしまいました。 1,300円(2020年8月時点)は場所柄妥当だと思います。 ランチサービスのコーヒーですが、会計後に紙カップを貰って店頭のコーヒーサーバーでセルフサービスで注ぐシステムです。 食後のコーヒーは有り難いのですが、周辺でゴミ箱が見つけられず右往左往。店内で戴きたかったというのが正直な感想です。
