Good Morning Cafe — Restaurant in Tokyo

What a bunch of incompetent inefficient people who work here. At 12:30 on a beautiful sunny day we we're 'encouraged' to sit inside against our desires. As we waited outside, we were then asked to move 3 feet towards the door to wait as opposed to the location we chose that posed zero obstructions or inconvenience whatsoever. There were at least 6 empty tables in their outside area with one clueless fellow running around without any idea of what he was meant to be doing looking like he was heading for a breakdown who seemed unable to clear a table to seat us. After 10 wasted minutes which we shall never get back in our lives, ever, we were told to add our name to a waiting list for a wait that didn't exist which resulted in minor hysteria leading to our departure. The 'service' here can be labelled as pathetic and frankly non existent, and if this is their method of doing business and gaining customers, I'd like to say that they are doomed, but people tend to be absolutely non the wiser. Unfortunate to say the least. Here is some advice, get new waiters, teach them that customers = money. This establishment has lost 3 customers who will spread the word of .... do....

It was after lunch and I was expecting something to munch on but all they had were sweets which I enjoyed anyway! It was such a nice day to sit outside and the staffs were super nice except for the guy in the bar who seemed like a manager?? He didn’t smile, say hi or give any kind of welcoming feeling and not only that, he was yelling at another waiter and I found it very uncomfortable and rude that he think he can do that to other staffs and in front of customers. Food and coffee was nice, service was TERRIBLE.

Came here on a weekday, and we were seated right away. However, during the entire meal we were seated near the kitchen and constantly bombarded by noise from the silverware/dishes. Also, after finishing my meal, waiters walked by at least 10x without asking to clear our very small table. The music was also quite loud forcing us to raise our voices and the girls nearby did the same.
