『本店』という名がついている通り、ビルの全てのフロアがスポーツ専用の商品の売り場となっています。しかも、ビルのある場所が、御茶ノ水駅・小川町駅・神保町駅からやや離れたところにあるからか、平日・休日のいずれの時間帯も、利用客でごった返すようなことはなく、余裕をもって商品を探すことが出来ると思います。各フロアに充分な数のスタッフが配置されており、探したい商品や理想の靴のサイズ等、聞きやすい環境になっていると思います。このビルの周辺に、同じようなスポーツ用品店が多いのも、利用しやすい要因の一つかもしれません。 一方で、各フロアがやや狭く、陳列されている商品の種類も、他の店舗と比べるとやや少ない、という印象です（他の店舗だったらあるのにここでは見つからない、等）。とは言え、取り扱う商品の対象となるスポーツのジャンルが幅広いため、そのような事象が発生しているのも否めません。他のフロアに陳列されている可能性もあるため、スタッフに聞いてみるといいでしょう。 昇降手段に、階段だけでなくエレベーターもあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方でも気軽に利用できると思います。

We came to look for running shoes for my husband. We met a male Staff with glasses that was super helpful. He asked the frequency and duration of running weekly then measued up size and recommended shoes. Tried over 9 pairs in different brand in order to get the one that fits. Took over an hour and still super patient. We also got an insole to help ease the pressure of the knees When running. Really happy with products. Also got some dry packs and another set of insole...

Bought my on cloudmonster hyper here as the q at the flagship store is just ridiculous.
