I turned up based on the reviews. I didn't find they had any English menu as an FYI. Communication was difficult, but I got feed, despite not ordering 😁. I was given a board of various sushi, with some soup and pickles. It was hard to rate the sushi, because I forgot to ask for no wasabi and I hate wasabi, that it really did ruin the meal for me, as it was on every piece. The fish texture was good. 家族でやっているのだろうか、板前さんは年配の男性で感じは悪くないし、奥様？らしき年配の女性も接客は良い。 だが、中年の男性(息子さん？)は、接客は良くない。 おしぼり、お茶、前菜をドンと置く。 私が座ったカウンターの後ろのテーブル席には、 醤油皿をガシャンと置いて、客が少し驚いていた。

店内は古く、ざっかけない。 目の前の棚には、古い新聞紙が積まれていて、 カウンターの所には、ご飯粒がついた寿司台が 積まれていた。

ランチは、握り、ちらし、どちらも¥800だ。 握り寿司を頼む。 出てきた握り寿司は、見た目が良くなく、 一瞬怯んだ。写真では悪く見えないのだが。 巻物は、キチンと巻かれておらず、飯粒が巻いてる海苔に付いている。まぐろは、色がどす黒い。 客は皆、近所のサラリーマンのようだ。 二階もあるようで、自分の名前を告げて上に行く人達もいる。 意を決して、頬張る。 不味くない。 普通に美味しい。 お椀もついてきて、それはあさりの味噌汁だった。 これが、すごく美味しい。 味噌汁のお代わりをしてる人が、何人かいた。

客は次々と入ってくる。 ６人のグループが入ってきたら、感じの良くない男性スタッフが、パックに入った、どこかのスーパーで購入したらしき、マグロを5パックぐらい、 ドンと、カウンターに置いた。 パックには、値引きのシールが貼られている。 お客の目の前に、こんな物を置くなんて。

いつもありがとうございますと、女将さんらしき人が会計するサラリーマンに言っていた。
