I dined in solo at the sushi bar where it was partitioned with plastic that created walls for each space. Every utensil and extras (ginger, wasabi, soy sauce, etc.) were all within reach for your own section.
They have a tablet where you can order directly from the sushi chefs. What’s nice about this place is that there are actual sushi chefs up front in display making the rolls (other places use robots to make the sushi rice). So it was a breath of fresh air. Also, no wait time even during the dinner rush.
I ordered about the 15-20 plates worth of sushi and all came out to a whopping bargain of a price! Nice cuts and fresh fish.
