The the staff were lovely, and let us in and order even though we were only 2 minutes before last order time. The reason we went was to try the pulled pork burger which is on a poster in the window, but it’s not available anymore! I didn’t minus stars in my review for that, though. The reason I gave this place 3 stars is because there’s no 2.5 option, and the very kind staff. The burgers we had (Double cheese and avocado cheese) were totally… fine. The food here is great and so are the staff. They are always willing to make sure you get exactly what you want. The music is usually very good and sometimes not so good. It's also personal taste. I don't usually eat burgers but the ones here are kot only very good they also provide paper that you can eat the burger in so it doesn't end up all over your hands or anywhere else it shouldn't. The Berry Waffle is the best waffle I have ever had. The waffle is cooked perfectly. Nice a crisp on the outside, not all soggy. Good size portion too. The food here is very good ! You get an American style dish, in good size and a very good taste for a reasonable pric! The waiters and the staff are very kind and convenient, the restaurant ambiance is very cool, in a very western American style too!

I got a BLT and a rice hamburg plate the day after and I was full while I usually need to order many plate ! It is definitely one of my favorite western restaurants in Shinjuku !

They also show some movies in the TV, I was very amused of seeing Raspunzel movie in a very American and biker themed restaurant! I will definitely come back next time...
