Went there for dessert after dinner. Most of the items were sold out. House rule is that you must order at least 1 drink per person and during peak hours, you can stay maximum 2 hrs.

We ordered white chocolate cake and marron cake (chestnut). I was worried because there was a lot of cream but surprisingly, the cream was light and not sweet at all. We finished both slices. The chestnut is a bit too heavy and too sweet for me but the white chocolate cake was perfect. Next time I will try the crepe cake which is their famous one.

I am deeply disappointed with the service at this cake shop. We placed our order and waited patiently for 25 minutes, only to find out when we asked that they had completely forgotten about it. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, they had to take our order again from scratch. This lack of attention and organization is unacceptable, especially in a shop that prides itself on quality and service.

The cakes might be good, but the poor service left a bad taste in our mouths. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to handle orders more...

My first visit at Harbs was their New York City store and I‘ve ever since fallen in love with their light and airy cakes which are not overly sweet and are a treat you shouldn‘t miss.
