After taking these pictures, I found a sign that said I wasn’t allowed to take pictures. However, the staff didn’t say anything directly to me. Regardless, this is one of my favorite places for a cake. They serve a banana cream pie cake that very few places offer, as Japanese people don’t really like desserts with banana in them. They prefer strawberries. And of course, here, you can find desserts with strawberries and cheesecake and blueberries...

Good: massive portions of cake and polite staff. I have been enjoying their cakes for 25 years now and they are still my favorite. Bad: it took them 20 min to serve our cakes and coffee after we were seated. It is compulsory for every customer to order a drink. A bit greedy considering customers have different needs. 土曜日の夕方に行きました。イートインは2組ほどの並びですぐに席に案内されました。 だけど厨房とレジのあるエリアではなく前に子供服のお店がある少し離れた座席だったので、注文が決まっても誰も来てくれないので5.6分待って仕方なく自分で厨房まで行って呼びに行ってやっと注文できました。 気づいていなかったですがその後すぐに水とおしぼりが出てきて、それすら来ていなかったのかと驚きました。 同じスペースに座っている私の前に並んでいて2、3分前に案内された方はすでに注文したものが来ていたので、単純に忘れられていたのだと思います。 この前初めて有楽町店で食べて感動してまた食べたいと思ってきたのに、オペレーションが悪すぎてその時点でがっかりしました。 離れた席はただでさえ気づきにくいのだから、定期的に回ってくるようにしてほしいです。 お会計のさいも楽天ポイントのバーコードを出しているのに、支払い方法を聞かれ進められたので、スマホのタッチ決済を使いたかったので楽天ポイントはあとからですか？と聞いてやっと後からですと案内されましたが、先に出しているのだから後からなら後からと言って欲しかったです。 ここの店舗はおすすめしません。 サービスが悪いと味が...
