What a great restaurant. The food is japanese but modernized. It looks, smells and tastes amazing. The atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant are really pleasant. The staff is super nice, and attentive. And it’s amazing to see the chefs cooking in the kitchen. The wagu beef was sublime. The prices are a bit high compared to some traditional japanese restaurants, but it’s a fair price for what you get.

Joined two friends for dinner here (my first trip to Japan, another's second and the other person has lived here 15 years) and we all had an absolutely amazing time. Without a doubt, one of the best dinners we've had and would highly recommend the chef tasting menu option. Whether you're visiting or have lived here forever, I'd highly recommend this establishment.

Very cool building and cozy restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff . Food is good especially the big 玉子焼 egg roll . Surprisingly most of the guests inside the restaurant are tourists/ foreigners, not sure if there is some travel book recommending the restaurant as it is in a rather quiet residential area.

We had high expectations of experiencing some modern-Japanese cuisine, after a week of Ramen, Tonkatsu, Sushi, and Teppanyaki.

What we got was a few slices of duck thrown together with some lettuce leaves and some croquet balls. Absolutely dreadful.

The server couldn't speak a word of English - which I can't fault him for - but he seemed genuinely angry during any interaction with us.

All in all, the 3-course meal was ¥200,000, which included 3 different sakes. We were robbed, not just of our money, but our dignity.

One of those places that you kick yourself...

I went there as a solo dinner after an online reservation. Place is minimalist, intimist and cosy, confortable counter. I’ve been invited to wait at the bar while my table was prepared. Had a nice cocktail. I had the Chef choice’s menu. Simple but subtle and tasteful dishes, mention to wagyu beef and poached and grilled eel ! Seasonning was great. Big thanks to the Chef for his patience making me taste Sake (nihonshu), and to the Chief Bartender for his kindness and both for the advices!...

Terrible value for money, bland food and bad service. Worst meal we've had in Tokyo. Contained no real Japanese elements, starter was duck salad, then fried fish and then beef cheeks and mash potato. Total disappointment, you could eat out 10 times at far more delicious, atmospheric environments. The most pretentious, unfriendly and disappointing place we've eaten in Tokyo. £130 GBP (c.$200 USD) for unseasoned food in a sterile...
