Hitsuji — Restaurant in Tokyo

We were walking past the place and we decided to go in. We managed to find a table on Saturday night. The menu is mostly different lamb cuts that you get to barbecue yourself. Once ordered the meat came quickly so we could almost immediately. The meat was hit and miss, with some very delicious thin cuts but also some cuts that were way too fatty. The highlight though was the ice cream, which was very close to a gelato. We tried the vanilla, matcha and black sesame and they were all delicious. The atmosphere was ok but there were somehow a lot of mosquitos coming inside. All in all we had a decent meal but nothing stood out besides...

■マトン薄切り お店一番人気！ 赤さが残るくらいでいけちゃうお肉はやわらか。 ジンギスカン特有の香りも楽しめます。

■上ラム厚切り 噛みしめる肉感を楽しみつつ柔らかさもある仔羊。 これまたラムの香りをしっかり楽しめます。 たれがしっかり濃いめの1種類のみなので、薬味セット頼むのが良さそうかも！

■ラムチョップ 1g10円、1本あたり70～110gくらいで提供されるそう。 皮目かりっと焼いて、手で持ってかぶりつく！ 肉質がしっかりしているので、レモンを絞ってさっぱりいただくのがおすすめ！
