Great Food, Horrible Service!

Staff is super rude and doesn't understand even the simplest questions, mainly because they don't speak Japanese. Attitude is beyond unpleasant. Over half the time we asked for something, there was either a misunderstanding or we had to give up trying to communicate what we wanted. We also had to ring the service bell so many times before anyone came, even if there were wandering staff all the time. However the guy who seemed to be the manager is very kind, nice and helpful so that was a saving grace.

But the food is great and fairly priced; everything we ordered was delicious!

Since this restaurant is located among a sea of other Korea restaurants serving the same (or very similar) food, I would recommend skipping this place all together unless the staff changes. I regretted going there both...

I went during Oshogatsu and was seated quickly. The place was busy, the staff are helpful but not friendly. The menu has lots of pictures and there is a pitcher of water at eat table. The cabbage salad was ok, the radish pickles were good. The cheese chijimi was very good. It was very cheesy, topped with honey. The main set was ok. It's advertised at the price for each person but can only be ordered for 2+, so it ends up around ￥3000 instead of the ￥1300 you originally think. The chicken tasted more like Japanese karaage than Korean fried chicken. The fried cheese balls are ok. The french fries were good. The chicken croquette with cheese was good but dry.
