🍜 Setting the Bar: A Tan Tan Ramen Revelation.

When I think back to the first meal I had right after landing, one spot immediately comes to mind, and it's the one that set an impossibly high bar for every culinary experience that followed: the Tan Tan Ramen here. Forget complicated menus and overwhelming options. This ramen is defined by its simplicity and its pure, unadulterated flavor. The broth is rich, perfectly spiced, and has that signature nutty, savory depth that great Tan Tan Ramen is known for. It wasn't just good; it was simply amazing.

What truly elevated the experience was the attention to customization. While the bowl is incredible as is, they offer a fantastic array of toppings and add-ins. This allowed me to fine-tune the flavors exactly to my liking—whether I wanted an extra kick of chili oil, a squeeze of something vinegar and sesame seeds, or a handful of dashi powder. It makes the perfect bowl...

The portions and taste were absolutely amazing. The yaki chashu was tender and flavorful and went really well with the noodles. Stiffness of the noodles were perfect. I personally didn’t like the ham as it was too fragrant (smelled like the aftershave lotion I use)

The restaurant itself is small yet well ventilated. Reeks of pork smell, and you will reek after the end of it.

Overall pretty good food...

There isn’t a huge selection but that means the rest are perfected. Someone mentioned you can’t pay by card which you can. There’s a terminal to order from that accepts and debit/ credit cards and...
