I seldom leave a feedback but the food in this restaurant was so bad that I have some words to say. We ordered Spicy chicken, Paella, sausages and bbq. Spicy chicken had no taste. I think salt was missing. Absolutely not spicy. Not at all! Not even a little bit. But I’m 100% sure that they forget about condiments. Paella was very dry and overcook. Mussels was frozen. The chef didn’t heat it up in microwave (or whatever how they cook) so it was cold and color almost white. Poor mussels died many years ago. Rice had no taste. Sausages was so fat. When I chewed it I felt how my mouth was full of oil. Again no salt, even the black pepper had no taste. This kitchen definitely has some problems with condiments. About the BBQ. The show was nice. Even if we don’t understand what it was. Why do you need burn it in front of guest? What sense of this? Anyway meet was not bad but shrimps taste like a rubber. We also ordered burrata cheese and ham salad. I have nothing to say about it. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. However I give 2 stars instead of 1 because staff was very kind to us and drinks wasn’t bad. At least with some sips of cocktail we can forget the horrible...

My experience at this place was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service. Despite the foreign staff members trying their best to provide excellent customer service during the celebrations, a Japanese staff member was particularly rude, leaving us feeling humiliated.

The visit felt like a waste of time, energy, and money. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please don't risk ruining your special day here. There are certainly better restaurants available. The behavior of that Japanese staff member was unacceptable. I had booked this place for a joyful birthday celebration, but it ended up being an unpleasant and humiliating experience.

星ゼロがあれば迷わずゼロにしたいです。 デッキのソファ席を4名で予約し、1人1,000円の席料がかかることは了承していました。当日はさらに飲み放題で1人1,000円追加されましたが、料金には納得しています。

私は少し遅れて到着しましたが、友人たちはすでに店内にいました。私が店に入ると、スタッフに「少々お待ちください」と言われただけで、そのまま入り口で放置されました。案内もなく、誰も気にかけてくれませんでした。後から来た日本人の予約なしのお客さんにはすぐに挨拶して案内していたのに、私は無視され続け、自分から「予約しています」と声をかけてやっと対応されました。

日本に長く住んでおり日本語も流暢ですが、スタッフはまるで理解しようとせず、他の日本人客には敬語で対応しているのに、私にはそれがなく、対応に明らかな差を感じました。帰りも一言の挨拶もなく、とても不快でした。

さらに、テーブル横にはゴキブリもいて衛生面にも大きな問題があります。

We booked a deck sofa table for four, and we were aware that there would be an extra 1,000 yen per person for the seating. On the day, we were also charged another 1,000 yen per person for the all-you-can-drink option. We were fine with the cost.

I arrived a little late, and my friends were already inside. When I entered the restaurant, a staff member simply told me, “Please wait,” and then I was left standing at the entrance with no further assistance. No one paid attention to me or showed me to my seat. Meanwhile, Japanese walk-in customers who came in after me were greeted and guided to their tables immediately. I was completely ignored until I approached the staff and told them I had a reservation.

I’ve been living in Japan for many years and speak fluent Japanese, but the staff acted like they didn’t understand me. They spoke politely (using keigo) to Japanese customers but not to me, which clearly showed a difference in attitude. No one even said goodbye or thanked us when we left—it was extremely uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, there was a cockroach right next to our table, raising serious concerns about cleanliness.
