This is a satellite restaurant of the famed åå€ã ã㟠restaurant from Hakata, Fukuoka. This particular branch is located on the 5th floor of the ramen food court in the Aqua City mall in Odaiba. I've ate my share of Hakata style ramen when I was in Fukuoka last year. I'm sorry to say, the broth here is off the mark. It had a strange bitter after taste. There was no way the original ramen chef meant for this to happen. I suspect it was because it was late in the night and I got the bottom remains of broth.
