土曜日　9:30前後 品揃えに不安がありましたが、 朝一でも数種類ありました。 ドアを開けると、奥から男性が出てきました。 店主でしょうか。 商品はレジ前に、 既にパッケージングされているので、 手で近くにあったトレーにのせます。 迷っていると、その男性が説明してくださいます。 全体的に軽いタイプで、穴も大きく、他店と比べると生地は半分くらいの量かな。 引きは強いけど柔らかい、ニューヨークベーグルとは違いますが、ベーグルベーグルほどふかふかじゃないので、これはこれで美味しいです。 ・ブレーン　¥150(税込) 国産小麦『春よ恋』『キタノカオリ』を2種類つかっているそう。 ほんのり甘く、砂糖とは違う甘味に感じたのですが、 鹿児島の未精製の生砂糖を使っているそうなのでそのせいでしょうか？ もちもちふかふか。 無添加で拘りを持って作られているお店です。 ・北欧　¥220 かなりクセがあります。 カルダモンとシナモンでしょうか、香りが凄い！ スパイスの香りと甘さ、ジャリジャリザラメと細かいアーモンド。 新鮮です。 ・ダブルチーズ　¥220 チェダーチーズの香りがしっかりして、濃厚。 ・よもぎあん　¥220 よもぎの香りがしっかり。 つぶ餡も豆感がちゃんとあって、よもぎ大福みたい。 ・カレーチーズ　¥220 プライドオニオンが甘苦く、チーズがミルキー。 カレーの香りもしっかり。 今回は期待していた品揃えではなかったのですが、 また違う時間に覗いてみようと思います。

Nice place to relax with great Bagel. Staff friendly and nice. The Bagel was delicious more than we expected! We try Matcha white chocolate and chocolate . The Matcha was superb!

千駄木と根津の中間にあるベーグル屋さん。店の場所は一見わかりにくそうですが、うねうね道が特徴的で意外と見つけやすいかも。 平日のお昼過ぎに伺いました。運悪くだいたい売り切れておりましたが、通常はプレーンから季節のベーグル、ベーグルサンドやベーグルドッグなどがあるようです。素材や生地にもこだわりがある模様。 今回いただいたエブリシングドッグは、ウインナーやザワークラウトをゴマやケシの実などでトッピングしたエブリシングベーグルに挟んだもので、エスニックな感じの不思議な香り。若干甘めの生地とウインナーの旨味、ザワークラウトの食感がよくこれはなかなか。一緒に購入したイチジクのイチジクも、小ぶりながらもちもちして粉っぽさがなく、イチジクの程よい甘さと全粒粉っぽい食感のアクセントがなかなか素敵な一品でした。 素材にこだわる系のベーグル屋さんとしては比較的安価で味も良く、これは良いお店を見つけました。また近くに来たら寄ってみようと思います。 現金・クレジットカード・paypay使用可。店舗はかなり小さめですがイートインもできるようです。(2023年11月現在)

Such a cute place to stop in for a little treat! There are a handful of different bagel flavors, I ordered a fig bagel with cream cheese. It was delicious! The bagels are pretty small, so you may need to try a few different flavors if you're really hungry. I also ordered a cappuccino that was made with such devotion. What amazing bagels! We wanted some cream cheese too. The owner offered to toast them. What a delight. The bagels had a filling that was so delicious with the heating. Never had a filled bagel that was still smooth on the outside and chewy. Highly recommend. Oh and the air conditioner on a hot humid day! Also...
